Hydraulic bending machine maintenance
Before the Hydraulic bending machine is maintained or wiped, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die, then lowered and closed until the work is completed. If startup or other operations are required, the mode should be manually selected to ensure safety. The maintenance content is as follows:
1.46# hydraulic oil circuit
1) Check the oil level of the fuel tank every week. If the oil level is below the oil level, check the oil level.
2) The hydraulic oil used in the machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
3) Replace the hydraulic oil after 2000 hours of working on the new machine, and replace the hydraulic oil every 4000~6000 hours. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed.
4) The system oil temperature should be between 35 ° C and 60 ° C, and should not exceed 70 ° C. If it is too high, the oil and accessories will be damaged.
2. Filter
1) The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed;
2) If the machine has any alarms or other filter abnormalities, such as dirty oil, it should be replaced;
3) The air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected every 3 months, preferably once a year.
3. Hydraulic components
1) Clean hydraulic components (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dust from entering the system and not using detergent;
2) After using the new machine for one month, check each tubing for deformation. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the fittings of all fittings should be tightened.
