Structure and main components:
This equipment is composed of working frame, upper roller device, main transmission device, lower roller device, side roller device, turning device, hydraulic system (part), electrical system (part), lubrication device and so on.
The fuselage is composed of a base, a fixed side frame and a tip side frame, and each part is a steel plate welded structure. The two sides of the rack are fixed on the base with bolts respectively, and the two sides of the rack will be connected by beams, and the connection rigidity is good. The rollers on both sides of the frame and the side rollers move with the guide rails. The roller bearings fixed on the side frames are of a semi-closed frame structure, and the side frames are equipped with flip-type shelf support devices. The coil force not only supports the weight of the machine and ensures the accuracy of the device when the two sides of the frame are borne by the base, but also balances the torque between the driver and the chassis, and will join a machine. In the current traditional large-scale four-roller plate bending machine, the fuselage and the main transmission device are installed separately on the base.
Upper roller device:
The upper roller gear of the main drive rotates, and the end is supported by SP-1 bearings. The drive side is separated from the main drive gear and the connecting device to transmit torque through a flat key. The tip is protected by steel. The material of the upper roller is 42CrMo, heat-hardened HB220-300.
The hydraulic motor and three reduction gears transmit the torque to the upper roller. The unit includes a motor and a reduction gearbox. Power supply according to customer requirements
Lower roller device:
The lower roller is supported under the bearing, the bearing seats on both sides of the frame are installed in the track, and the piston is connected with the bottom of the cylinder. The bearing can go up and down along the guide rail under the action of liquid pressure. According to the size of the thrust rod, the clamping force of the steel plate under the roller needs to be adjusted through the pressure control valve of the hydraulic system. Increase the lower roll to adjust the roll degree and improve product precision. The lower roll of the same material is high-quality alloy steel 45#, heat-treated and hardened to HB220-300
Side roller device:
The roller bearing is on one side of the radial bearing seat, the racks on both sides of the bearing are installed in the track, and the piston is connected with the bottom of the oil cylinder. Under the action of liquid pressure, the bearing can tilt up and down along the guide rail, and the thrust of the piston rod can be adjusted by the pressure control valve of the hydraulic system according to the needs of the steel plate. The side rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel, heat-treated and hardened to HB220-280.
The turning device drives the turning machine to turn over through the oil cylinder, hinge tearing and roller bearings, so as to take out the products.
