Features:
1. This machine adopts a full steel welding structure, which has sufficient strength and rigidity, and eliminates internal stress through high temperature annealing to ensure the overall accuracy of the machine body.
2. A large floor-standing boring and milling machine is used, and precision machining is performed using a one-time processing method to ensure machining accuracy.
3. The hydraulic swing structure and the return device of the upper tool holder adopt a nitrogen cylinder type, and the return speed is fast.
4. The hydraulic system adopts an integral logic circuit, which is controlled by a sequence valve, with smooth movement, low noise and simple maintenance.
5. The German Rexroth hydraulic valve is used to control the operation of the knife plate.
6. The pressing device adopts an integral circuit and an independent parallel clamping cylinder.
